She stated that she did not observe the number of occupants of this : vehicle, although she described the four individuals who p got into the car as being two tall individuals and to ve Short ones, who looked like children as these two individuals »- . She .said the vehicle was last observed heading north toward Moraga on 22nd | Avenue and the car was immediately followed by a small .- red car, somewhat larger in size than a Volkswagen.
