J The Hibernia Bank, Sunset Office, 22nd Avenue and Nogiega Street, San Francisco, California, was observed to be equipped with two 35 mm surveillance cameras located ‘above tiie only door.. to the Sunset Office. oO kee mm : , Hermann Safe Company, 1693 Market Street, San FranciSco, California, advises that the camera of the Hibernia Bank, Sunset Office, was So set that, when activated, it would expose four frames per second. pe camera was activated by the RfEnk manager, Sites.surek? who was in a loft location, after he heard confusion in the bank lobby, and observed the robbery in a progress. Approximately 400 frames of film are believed to . * have been exposed during the actual robbery, and at four .frames per second, this would indicate that the robbers were in the bank for approximately two minutes, noting that the camera was not activated immediately upon their arrival in the bank. A review of surveillance camera film discloses that the white female robber (identified as PATRICIA SOLTYSIK}, at the time she is first observed in the film on frame A-10, is at a location at the west end of the officer's platform. She is armed with a revolver, which she carries in her right -hand. She is wearing a gray colored knit hat, which covers all her hair, a scarf around her neck;-wearing a shiny dark colored coat and lighter colored slacks. She is wearing ankle high shoes with dark socks. In frame A-47 she is observed ; vaulting the tellers counter at the second window at the west end of the tellers line. In subsequent frames she is observed | in the area of the tellers drawers and cash cans at the three tellers’ windows at the west end of the bank. She ultimately comes back over the tellers counter at the same window as she starts to depart the bank.
