He indicated that he was at a the back wall of the bank close to the east end when a teller, got down on the floor. ° He then realized he had e€ard someone yelling to get.down on the floor. He heard ° numerous voices, possibly including voices of bank employees, ‘ shouting: “Get your: hands over your head" and Similar directives.’ He then heard a female voice saying "Get your keys". ad the impression that this directive was given to. - someone at the west end of..the bank... rte yt GE... heard approximately four shots which - sounded like firecrackers followed by a male voice which seemed ' further away than the female voice demanding the keys.
