Similarities were also observed in somparing the Cooper signature on Q208 with the above mentioned Cooper signatures, aithough due to the presence of a few unexplained variations, a definite sonslusion eould not be reached whether these signatures were prepared by the same person. A definite sonclusion was not reached whether the Cooper signature en Q983 was prepared by the writers of remaining unidentified questioned writing, known writing or purported known writing on items submitted in this ease or ease eaptioned "SYMBIONESE LIBERATION ARMY (SLA) EM", due to the presence of unexplained wariations and the lack of eufficiently ecmparabie writing.
