On 8/11/60, Buffalo, N.Y. PD arrested DONALD DE FRIEZE,
aka John David De Frieze, Donald John Defrieze, negro, male,
dob 11/16/43, 5'8", 140 ibs., black hair, maroon eyes. He was
arrested for breaking into a parking meter at night and was -
sentenced on 9/15/60, to three years at the Correctional Center, -
Elmira, N.Y. Subject claimed he was born in Lexington, Miss.,
and that his parents were both dead, however, prison officials later
_ learned his parents were Mr. and Mrs. LOUIS DE FRIEZE, 648 East .
96th St., Cleveland, Ohio, and were in fact alive.
DE FRIEZE's residence at time of arrest was with _
"listed nearest relative” Buffalo,
N.Y. A physical exam in € ject had @ gunshot
wound in the right buttoc which was not disabling, however, the
bullet had never been removed.
The subject was assigned NYS DCI #819523X, Inmate
#21418 and served his time at Elmira and Coxsackie, N.Y.
record indicated subject had juvenile court record No. 35166. in
Cleveland. His SSAN was listed as 092-34-4002. He corresponded
with an uncle
