On the right side, "To Western Addition Project Committee, 1358 Divisadero, Attn: A. TOWNSEND, San Francisco, California. This is WAPAC's to keep”. There is no postage on this item; Qa41 (6) A torn piece of white paper with typewritten on it the date “April 18, 1974; WAPAC Brothers and Sisters: Please hand deliver this taped communique to either Radio Station KSAN or KPFA. hereby setting up an FBI interception. SLA"; and Gaara A portion of a California Driver's License, cut diagonally, showing a portion of a woman's face indicating that it expires on birthday, 1976. The driver's license number E£380203, the words PATRICIA CAMPBELL, the address 540 Ninth Avenue, Menlo Park (the address is crosse out in red ink); Sex F, Hair BLN. . On the reverse side handwritten in red ink is “2603 Benvenue, €4, Berkeley, California", and printed in green ink the number 72. It may be noted that the brown tube of paper, the torn foil gift paper, and the torn poster were soaked with what apparently was water. It rained quite heavily in San Francisco on 4/23/74 and the morning of 4/24/74, and stated he believes all of these items were located in a clump of bushes. by a young juvenile. ; (1) It is requested that all enclosed items be processed for latent prints. It may be noted that these items have been handled indiscriminately by members of the San Francisco Police Department and other unknown individuals.
