The Latent Fingerprint Section of the Identification Division is requested to process the enclosed material and if any latents are developed, to compare them with fingerprints or latent submissions previously submitted in the HFEARNAP matter, the SLA matter, and the August 7th Guerrilla Movement matter. The FBI Lab is also requested to compare the signature of JANET COOPER appearing on the rental contract with handwriting previously submitted in the above three mentioned matters.
