As a result of a Special in the Seattle Division, it has been necessary to send five out-of-division Russian-speaking agents to Spokane. Two of the agents selected were from San Francisco and they were selected not only because of their language ability but because of a curtailment of operations in San Francisco where their talents were being utilized. SAC, San Francisco requests that two out-of-division agents be, sent to San Francisco to assist on the Hearnap case. in place of the two a agents going to the Seattle Division, General Investigative Division concurs ~ in San Francisco's request. 7 ‘ RECOMMENDATION: That two out-of-division agents be sent to San Francisco to assist on captioned matter.
