During conversations with unidentified DOD employees regarding
- interview techniques, [sd recalled being asked if he used "fear b6 -1
up" or "family compassion" techniques. Cc did not know the BIC -2
‘identities of the DOD interviewers or_detainees involved in the
activity. The aggressive interviews[___]witnessed occurred at
Camp Delta in either the Yellow, Brown or Gold areas. Most
interviews conducted by law enforcement and DOD personnel occurred
in interview rooms located in trailers in these areas. Often DOD
