: On November 2, 1986, Hr. Russell Graham, Attorney at Law, 756 South
Broadway, Los Angelea, California, contacted the Los Angeles division of
= the Bureau and alleged that on Septeaber 1, 1956, Groucho and Chico Marx,
! radio and motion picture entertainers, presented a radio sketch on the
! Re -f Reynolds. Tobacco Company's Camel Caravan nationwide broadcast at
oS _ thelHollywood Music Box Theatre, through Station KBJ, Los Angeles, California,
f Hollywood outlet for the Columbia Br :adeasting Systea, Ruper? Hughes,
/ . etmouncer. ‘The sketch was substantially the same as the radio serial ‘
comedy entitled, "The Hollywood Adventures of itr. Divble and-Mr.-Babhie®,——— +
Chapter One, copyrighted by Garrett Graham on April 16, 1934. .
©. MM. Grenem averred that the Harx Brothers presented the sketch that

contained several ainor changes thay brought the sketch up-to-date; that

changed to Greucko and Chico, but thet the general theme wee identical,
including the announcer's prologue and that the greatest pertion of the
program wag given verbatia from the original copyrighted article,
