Peference is mede to my mesurandum dated October 16, 1937,
aiwiging thet Miss Healey, of Mr. Parrish's Office, Criminal
Givision of the Depa.tment, aad called me relative to the status
of the above entitied case.
Upon receipt of a telegram dated October 16, 1937 from
the Los Angeles Office advising th=+ the motion to dismiss the
iwiictwent had bean dented and thet the defendants were to plead
aot guilty on Oeteber 13th, the trial being set Por October 28,
1937, I fmmediutely called Mies Healey and advised her of this
informetion, at witch time she stated ghe would sive this infor-
mation to both Wr. Parrish and Mr. Butier.
