ambulatory, conscious and rational and alert.
Fetient had no specific complaint’ except that he

connercing the state of his health.
"Tuapestion Pevealed the patient to apnear to be
well neuriahed and well hydrated. Further inspec-

diseoleration or abnormal prominense abous the

mot fallen and that he had not keen struck aince I
observed him om Wednesday, 16-77-53.
"Patient's blood pressure was 245/90. Pulse 92.
&bigal pulse was the exact equivalent of the radial
pulse. There was no pulse deficit. Heard sounds
of normal intensity and quality. Pulse 92. Rhythm
good. Volume good. Examination of the pupils
vavealed them to be round and regular and to react

“At this examination the patient appeared to be in
good health. I was unable to determine amy condition
