Purpose of sane was to locate and interview MARSH relative to HALL‘S statement implicating MARSH. At 1:50 a.w., October 12, 1953, HALL admitted during an inter- view that MARSH had no connection with instant case. On October 12, 1953, the Bureau advised by teletype to discontinue all investigation immediately regarding THOMAS JOHN MARSH, é a ~
