mimites before 3:00 pom. on October 6, 1953 and sat down at a table in the er
dining roome They ordered two sandwiches, a betile of beer and mixed drink,
wnich was served by her. At approximately 3:15 p.m. they departed. Before
devarting, the man asked for six bottles of Budweiser, which she obtained from -
the bar and left at the bar to be paid for and picked up by him. Their
bill, which amounted to approximtely $2.50. for the fooa and drinks served
at the table, was paid for by the man. She advised that she did not collect = sj
money for the six bottles of Budwsiser since they would have to be paid for mo |
at the bare She explained that she recalled them s< wel!, because the man ee
L2%t a $2 tip- being in two $1 bills, which she considered very unusual Coe et eet

arcived and departed inasmuch as they entered the dining room several minutes
efore she was scheduled to end her working shift which ends at 3:00 pem.
