Brown of California on an off-the-record basis of the Northern District of California Communist Party (CP), USA, interest in the California Democratic Council convention, Fresno, California, 2/12-14/60 and the background and identities of the individuals responsib] for the adoption of a resolution at this convention which requests a presidential review of the case of Morton Sobell. Sobell, together with the Rosenbergs, was convicted for conspiracy to commit espionage and is serving a 30-year sentence.
