In support of this he said a recent case they had which gained some prominence was broken by BROWN during the time the police were conducting a very extensive investigation. He stated this caused the Police Department a great deal of embarrassment in view of the fact they were still looking for three of the fugitives in the case, and the publicity has not helped the department at all.
