Ss ' 1s, > , aa ° Jackson's adult arrest, on 9-18-60, at Los Angeles, followed the gunpoint robbery, with an accomplice, of a service station operator. The _accomplice allegedly wielded the gun, threatening to kill the operator, and the pair “ gecured $71.00 loot, which they split. Jackson later admitted participation in the robbery but claimed to be unaware of a gun being used, and further claimed he could not remember what occurred because he had been drinking-ali weeX@nd and was dizzy.
