was made by the side and lower joint area of a finger, and
four latent palm prints of value were developed on Q17, Q19,
023, 026, 028, 029 and 032.
Based on available information, no record was
located in the Identification Division files for Therese Ann
Coupez.
A fingerprint present on a typewritten letter
dated October 16, 1977, addressed to “Automotive Machinists
Union Local 289 2701 1st Seattle, Wa.," beginning "Friends:
We were responsible..." and designated 920, and six finger~
prints present on five copies of Q20, designated Q21, Q24,
027, @Q30 and Q33 have been identified_as i ions of the
right thumb of John William ——<
The remaining prints in this submission are not
identical with the fingerprints and palm prints of Sherman
or Rita Darlene Brown
The spécimens are being returned under separate
cover with one item in Bufile #91-68138 and two items in
Bufile #91-67389, which were resubmitted for a laboratory
examination only.
