Numerous items of evidence for subsequent Laboratory examination were recovered and listed with Deputy Coroner Anthony R. Sciaraffa, Cook County, Illinois, and removed from the premises with his permission. The items recovered are listed on the attached sheet. ACTION: Upon completion of the Laboratory examinations, Chicago will be advised of the results of the examination by Laboratory report.
