LOS ANGELES DIVISION"
"At the time of Sam Kane's arrest Brown was posing
as the Los Angeles representative of the Las Vegas
Flamingo Hotel and was not arrested on 1/1/63 because
he was in Acapulco. Newspaper accounts appeared
claiming that a group of individuals including FRANK
SINATRA were seeking to obtain permission from
Mexican authorities to open gambling casinos in some
of the resort hotels in Acapulco. SINATRA during
interview in 1963 has disclaimed any knowledge of
setting up gambling in Acapulco.
