Lad ten, a t woe FRANK SINATRA waa interviewed by Bureau Agents, Los Angeles, California, on April 25, 1961, regarding his knowledge of the activities of SAMUEL GIANCANA. SINATRA advised that he met GIANCANA a few years ago socially but has had no business dealings with him and knows nothing about GIANCANA's affairs. He was questioned relating to his knowledge of JOB PIGNATELLO, described in the Associates “ection of this repo t aa an individual close to GIANCANA, and advised that PIGNATELLO was known to him, SINATRA, as "JOE the Cook", and that he originally kmew PIGNATELLO through GIANCANA. SINA®RA denied any intervention on his part on behalf of PIGNATELLO in an effort to further PIGNATELLO's business interests in Las Vegas and said he had done PIGNATELLO no favors in this regard. 7c.
