"In connection with tha owmers of the hotel, Mire SINATRA advised that
to his personal knowledg?, not utilizing any racords, they were him~
self, JACK SNTR TTR, JAKZ FRESDMAN's widow, CARL COHZN and MIKE SHAPIRO
These individuals, with the exception of himself, were all employees of
the hotel. He did, however, advise that FRESDMAN's widow, to his knowe
ledge, was not an employee of tha hotel.
"SINATRA advised that ha knew of no other persons whe had any interest
in the hotel.
"In connection with JOSTPH STACHYR, Wr. SINATRA advised that he has seen
STASHSR around th? Las Vegas area on a number of occasions but doas not
consider himself personally acquainted with him. He advised that to his
knowledge STACHER had absolutely no interest in any part of ths ownershi
of the Sands. He also indicated that he did not have any knowledge of
any persons whatsoever who might have an undisclosed interest in the San
Notel in Las Vegas,"
