b¢ LIC bE LA 9GA-LA~146358 In the first letter, dated 8/16/92, the subject demands a private concert at the Fox Theater in "Mo-Town" (Detroit) at 8:00 PM on 12/12/92. in a letter dated 9/12/92, tells SINATRA to "scratch S /8/92 concert at the “Palace” in Auburn Hills. SILBERT reported that SINATRA, along with SHIRLEY MACLAINE, will perform at "The Palace" in Auburn Hills, Michigan, on 11/8/92. In that same letter, states that "Your next and last concert is Dec. 12, at. at the Fox Theater 8:00 p.m." According to SILBERT, SINATRA is scheduled to appear at the Desert Inn, Las Vegas, Nevada, 12/8-12/92. The letter dated 9/30/92 is addressed — t SINATRA’s residence. makes referen ra) "understanding" Easte nday, April 1981; that this irst Easter Sunday that he had taken his o church; she died 9/25/80; and chet = "would have been a mess if I had to drag you ou Oo the green ~ 4 door sedan ag e stre ton Cathedral City." At the end of the letter, Christmas and Happy New Year. INATRA are close friends and NATRAS’ home; however, this is not ic knowledge. did stay at the SINATRA residence in December 1991, during the holidays. SILBERT has made SINATRA’s manager, ELIOT WEISMAN, PREMIER SERVICES, INC., 1401 University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida, 33071, telephone number 305/755~1700, aware of the letters. SINATRA is in New York, New York, and as of 10/14/92 not aware of the threat. LEAD DETROIT DIVISTON AT_D ~ Immediately interview subject at to determine his intentions and attempt to make a threat assessment of the subject. Also conduct local agency check for subject to determine if subject has a history of letter writing. ARMED AND DANGEROUS. 2x
