The first six letters, dated 9/12/92, 9/16/92, 9/25/92,
9/26/92, 9/27/92, and 9/28/92 were received at the SINATRA
residence by SINATRA’s secretary, LA DONNA KERN, telephone number
(619} 321~6830, and forwarded to SINATRA’s Los Angeles secretary,
LORI THOMPSON, telephone number (213) 939-4168. THOMPSON opened
and read the letters and because of the threats had them hand
delivered to SILBERT on 10/12/92. The last three letters, dated

forwarded, unopened, by Federal Express, to SILBERT. SILBERT
received these letters on 10/14/92 and opened and read then.
SILBERT has made SINATRA’s manager, ELIGT WEISMAN,
PREMIER SERVICES, INC., 1401 University Drive, Coral Springs,
Florida 33071, telephone number (305) 755-1700, aware of the
letters. SINATRA is in New York, New York, and, as of 10/14/92,
