The Gawing Control Board gave SINATRA and his — attorney, HARRY CLAIRORNE until October 7 in which to present evidence in refutation of the charges made, Oo October 7, 1963, CLAIBORNE made a prass release to the effect that SINATRA was divesting himself of all of his gamblirg irteresta in Nevada. The release continued that SINATRA claimed that he had several nonths previously instructed his attorney to dispose of these interests inasmuch as he intended to take control of the Warner Brothers Studio in Hollywood, California, an arp te te.
