It is to be noted, however, that Sherifi HIiCHARD B, OGILVIE,
Cook County Sheriff, immediately instituted a surveillance
of GIANCANA by his organization, much to the consternation of
GIANCANA,. th
advised that GIANCANA has Bhouted a-steady tirade
of verbal abuse on each occasion that he observes Sheriff's —

b GEORGE LEIGHTON, has indicated further legal proceedings will
