Sinatra by a Special Agent of the Feticral Bureau of Investigation since he desired to insure that no one can contend Mr. Sinatra's failure to obey the New Jersey subpoena is hampering any crizinal prosecution or any investigation by an appropriate law enforcement agency. -.
