advised that Frank Sinatra was elected as one of the
Vice-Chairman of the Hollywood Branch, tollywood,

thet a rally would be held in adison Square Garden,

of the Communists." The article set forth that a

Sinatra stated that it was a rally sponsored by the
Veterans Committee of the Independent Citizens Comittee
of the Arts, Sciences and Profeasiona, urging the passage
of legislation to provide housing for’ veterans, Sinatra
was quoted as saying "the minute someone trys to help the
Little guy he is called a Communist."
