Frank Albert Sinatra, the well-known vocalist, was bork ‘i od 12,
1915 or 16 at Hoboken, New Jersey, according to information set forth in his
Selective Servioes file. His parents both reside at Noboken as de his wire and two
children. He attended four years of hich school plus one year of business echool
and was married Pebruary 4, 1939 at Jersey City, New Jersey. (25-244122)
ALLEORD SELECTIVE SERVICE VIOLATION
In Maroh of 1944 Walter winchell furnished an anonymous letter which
Blisged that $40,000 had been paid by Sinatra to secure a 4~-? Selective Service
Glassification. As a result of this, the Bureau inguired into the Selective Sarvice
utetus of Sinatra and it was definitely ascertained that these allegations were
untrue’ and that Sinatre was properly rejected for military service because of an
ear ailment. the psychiatrist who examined Sinatra also concluded thet inasmuch
as Sinatra suffered from paychoneurosis, he was not acosptable material fron 6
peyehiatric viewpoint. During this Selective Service investivation, {+t was also
ascertained that Sinatra had an arrest record. (25-244122)

Frank Sinatra was arrested by the Sheriff's Office, Hackensack, New Jersey,
on Sovember 26, 1938 on a charge of seduction. the records of the Second Criminal b le
dudicial District of the Coumty of Bergen, Ha reflect that
Sinatra was charged on Novenber 26, 1936 by, ith having
sexual intercourse with her under the proat marriage. her alleged that
t was withdrawn on Decexber “7.1938 fnasanth as
as in fact married. ‘Thereafter, on “ecember 71, 1938
charged Sinatra with adultery and the case was remanded
