Mr. MILTON A. RUDIN, Attorney, 6922 Hollywood
Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, was contacted on 10/29/69,
at Sinatra Enterprises, 4000 Warner Boulevard, Burbank,
California. The pertinent details of this case were
explained to Nr. RUDIN. Mr. RUDIN advised that he would
relay the information concerning the threat to his client,
