Avenue’ of plaintiff submitted thereby to the defendants BRODERICK CRAWFORD and WILLIAM MORRIS AGENCY, INC., a New York corporation. "20. April 7-27, 1958, defendant DECCA RECORDS, INC., a California corporation, and defendant COLUMBIA BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC., a California corporation, broadcaster, infringed the ‘Lover's Hour! copywights of the plaintiff by copying the same and exhibiting said copy to the general public without the authority, license or consent of the said copyright proprietor.
