bIT ple bie LV 9-263 (GG B01 ict, UWlinois. and a stubof a Social Security card in the nam Soc ial Security Number contained a double-edge razor blade wrapped in a facial tissue and a small strip of gum wrapper, (11) Envelope postmarked Joliet, Illinois,with unreadable October date, addressed to "Flamingo Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada," with notation at the bottom of "Reservations - The Owners - MR 1/16TH",. The envelope contained only a National Geographic map of Greater New York and Tourist Manhattan. No writing appeared thereon except it was noted lines and circles were drawn on the Tourist Manhattan map, (12) Letter with unidentifiable postmark addressed to "Frank Sinatra, Mr. 8, Flamingo Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada," with notation at bottom of "Reservations - October 30TH, Walter Cronkite". This envelope contained a National Geographic map of northwestern South America with incoherent writing on the back of it, Mr. BORK advised that FRANK SINATRA is definitely not saying or connected with that hotel in any way, nor do the officials of that hotel have any knowledge as to the present whereabouts of Mr. SINAT He further ad e hat : go a lakécletter that hotel has no record of a Mr. BORK stated that_a was received from indicating he was supposed to be a sixteenth oWner o e amhgo Hotel - Casino.. He advised this letter was turned over the Clark County, Nevada, Sheriff's Office and the letter contained no threat. On October 16, 1969, County, Nevada, Sheriff's Office, advised SA that that office does have the letter describe y Mr. and that he, has to date made inguiry of the penitentiary at Joliet, I s, and has determined that there is no inmate there by the name of RB 0: has one ever been incarcerated there,
