MISCELLANEOUS — INFORMATIONCONCERNING (ACCOUNTING AND FRAUD SECTION) + The Bureau is in receipt of advice from the Criminal Division to the effect that captioned matter was discussed before the trustees of the Teamsters Union Pension Fund in September, 1962 and possibly again in March, 1963. It has further been indicated that the minutes of the trustees’ meetings for September 1962, January-and March, 1963, have been produced before the Chicago grand jury and are available to the Chicago Office. In view of thiethe Bureau desires that the Chicago Office make a discreet review of these minutes for all pertinent information concerning captioned loan.
