may be prosecuted in the United Gtates
courts for the transportation of the stolen
vehicle. Also, persons who receive, conceal,
= store, barter, sell, or dispose of any motor
vehicle moving as, or which is a part of,
or which constitutes, interstate or - foreign
commerce, knowing the same Yo have been
stolen, may be prosecuted in the United
States courts under this act, which is also
