Moorehead, City Editor of the Phileielphia Inquirer. I hed a very pleasent discussion with Mr. Moorehead and outlined, for his informetion, the correct title of this Pureau, together with informat ion pertaining to the violations handled by the Bureau. Mr. Moorehead seemed very pleased to receive these facts end infomed me that he appreciated it very mich, I endeavored to interview Thomas P, O'Neil, City Raitor of the Philedelphia Public Ledger. However, Mr. O'Neil was absent. end efforts will be made to interview him at an early date, I also called on wr. J. H. Collins, an Assistant City Editor of the Philedelphie rulletin end instructed him as to the correct title of the Pureau, outlining additional inforstion concerning the functions of the Bureau.
