I have Given this matter eonsiderable thought since receipt of your letter anc am heartily in accord with the chenge, believing it will be aftvantazeous in many respects and frequently obviate ccnsidereble enbarrassnent esvecially in view cf the recent chances that heve been made in investigative personnel in other Bureaus. The fact, too, thet there is to be no dis- tinction between esents and eccountants is very appetizing. I have recked my brain constantly since I received your letter end heve else enlisted the support of others with a view of verheps selecting some nem that night be given consideration &nong other thet are submitted to the Bureau. The only two terms I can think of thet night be approp- riete, end yet, in my hunble opinion, are not setisfactory are the terms Speciel Investigators, which term is of course used by other agencies, or perheps cell ourselves "Representatives" of the Bureau of Investigation.
