This booklet was promulgated by the NCRMA, Suite 318, 431 South
Dearborn, Chicago, Tilinois.
This booklet in substance contzins opinions of
respected government officials criticizing the McCarran Act.
A great portion of this booklet deals with the dissenting
opinion of Justice FRANKFURTER, U.S. Supreme Court, relating
to the unconstituticnality of the Subversive Activities
Control Board's (SACB) order requiring the Communist Party, USA .
(CP, USA) to register.
