to attend the World Congress for
General Disarmament and Peace in
Moscow on July 9 - 14, 1962. In-
cluded among these individuals was
Erich Fromm, described as a writer
and lecturer and as one who has an
infependent, porthion. Prov was <.isa
described as somewhat influenced by
psychoanalysis point of view and as
one who holds a ‘social-Democrat
view point". It was stated that his
writings on Berlin have called for a
new approach by, the United States
on the basis of no war over Berlin.

Germany in March, 1900. His occupa-
