BRELAND: If the Court please we are going to objecr to the picture of che gin fan at this time. THE COURT: Ali right. The objection will be sustained as to the gin fan picture. The photograph of the hody will be admitted providing what is written on the back of the photograph is marked out or obliterated so that it cannot be read or identified.
