District Judge HARRY WELLFORD and entered a plea of guilty to Counts 1, 16, and 17 of the indictment returned againat bin and the co-conspirators. KITZER was then sentenced.to five years on Count 1 and five years on Count 16 to run concurrently with each other and also concurrently with an existing federal sentence which KITZER is presently serving. In addition he received a suspended sentence for his participation in Count 17 of the conspiracy and was placed on three years probation.
