PALLICiIO denied a uwotion bofore the United States District
Court (USDC), Southern District of Florida (SDP), Miani, .
Plorida, by the attorney of PAUL SCHOVANEC, BISEUBERG of
- Hadgison, Wisconsin, to unseal the afficavit and a motion to
geal the search warrant of SCIIOVAIEC dated October 48, 1977.
" MOSKOWITZ Indicated that EISENBIRG initially made
telephonic contact with the USDC, Miani, Florida, in order
to obtain the affidavit attached to the search warrant
served on SCLIOVAICC. -The Court, however, denied BISDIPERG's
Sequest. Th- ter, EISINDERG wrote a letter to the Court
requesting tl. tie, Search warrant and affidavit pertaining
to PAUL SCHOV.. %, indicating that new process was necessary
in this regard. In response to this remuest, the United
States Magistrate at Miami considered that EISIUBERG's
detter was a “motion to unseal” the sealec affidavit and.
search warrant. Accordingly, MOSKOWITZ was requested and
fequired to respond to this motion.
MOSKONITS advised that his @ was presented
before the USDC, Miami, on that date, to which United States
Magistrate PALERHO ruled in favor of the Federal Goveranant.
