Included in this list 4s GORDON R.JCLAPP, General Manager, TVA, Knoxville, who is presently the head of the TVA and DAVID &. LILIENTHAL, Director, TVA, Knoxville, who is presently Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission. In view of the fact that Mr. LILIENTHAL has associated himself with these two erganizations believed to be Communist front organizations, the Bureau ‘a advice is requested as to whether membership in these organizations should be set forth as derogatory informatien in reperts reflecting the investigation of Atemic Energy Act applicants.
