that the Maryland-District of Colwnbia Industrial Union Council is a separate
antity from the Washington Industrial Union Council, nevertheless, there is a
cennestion inasmuch as the affiliates of the Washington Industrial Union Council
avtumatically become affiliates of the Mrryland-District of Columbia Inddstrial
