was held as to whether the members of the Independent Voters League
should join the Democratic Party, or a third party. LENNIS SEITCHIE
spoke in favor of keeping the present Voters League organisation
and was congratulated for hie stand.
It wag further reported that a question was put to
Mra. ROCSBYSLT by EDD BSRASSER, asking if the Independent Voters -
League should send a protest to Bngland about the situation in Greece
and Mrs. RCOSEVSLT rerarked that they should send any letters to
"our State Department” and endorse the action being taken. Mrs,
ROOSEVELT spcke of jcbe for returning veterans and other matters of ~
incidental interest to the gathering.
