He suggested the following action be taken, To seni letters to all the Board of Direetors, Sponsors and State Senators, a letter to the Treasury Depart- ment informing thom that the Bureau of Internal Revenue had examined the books in Fetruary and found nothing irregular and that they so informed the attornéy Gen- ; eral, Write to the advisory Committee on Voluntary Foreign aic asking if they _ have ever found anything irregular in the activities of the committee.
