The majority in the General Assembly has upheld Dr. Hammarskjold and his actions in the Congo, which were strictly in accordance with the charter of the UN. They were nelther in favor of Mr. Khrushchev nor in favor of the U.S. or any “imperialist” nation. Coloniallem is on its way out, and It will go Hite by litue.
