Urs. “Wosevelt will speak -, according to the plars now conpleted,
at the Ebeneser A. M. E. Church. The hall will not holi all the people who
are expected to seek admission. It ia situated in the heart of the district
where serious riote occurred during the race trouble last year--the north
west corer of Willies and Brush Streets. . To my personal xnowledge, one f
store on the southeast corner of the next intersection was wrecked and
