Denies Visa to SovietAide “which stated that Dmitri Skobeltsyn, Chairman of the Gommittee which awards the Lenin Peace Prizes, had been refused a visa to enter the United States. The article set out that Skobeltsvn wanted to go to the United States to give such a prize to Doctor William 5. B. Du Bois of Brooklyn, New York, "who long has espoused Communist causes,"* Accord- ing to the article, American authorities said there was no objection to Skobeltsyn persgnally but that the purpose of his trip was not approved.
