DU BOIS said that there were presently no plans for the presentation ceremonies known to her at that time. She explained that the Chairman of the International Lenin Pea Prize Committee (ILPPC) had been refused a visa by the United States recently and that had interrupted all plans for the presentation ceremonies. She said that the Chairm the ILPPC was a Soviet, whom she did not name, but that the ILPPC was an international organization. She advised that this meant that it was possible for representatives from the ILPPC in a country other than the Soviet Union to handle the presentation of the ILPP to DU BOIS,but she had no information indicating that would be done. She advised that she had no kmmowledgs at this tims as to what would be developed in the presentation arrangements and that,"we will just have to-wait and sé@e.
