wherein violations of Federal law under the primary jurisdiction of —
the FBI are portrayed as being handled by Eliot Ness and his
"Untouchables" who are described as "Federal" Agents.
The program began by showing 2 an escape from a
Federal penitentiary in 1933 of Frank Holloway and James Wickes.

In the escape, Wickes breaks a leg and is run over purposely ny

Holloway, through the underground railway, " manages
‘to proceed across the country where he locates his loot which he had
left with an associate. The experiences of Holloway in evading police
road blocks and in having his appearance altered by plastic surgery
and dental work are portrayed. Holloway picks up the bank loot but
is followed by Ness. With the cooperation of local police, Ness closes —
in on Holloway. Holloway is shown as he tries to make an escape in a
car. _The car crashes and burns with Holloway and the bank loot inside.
The program was 5 again narrated by Walter Winchell.
